Hamilton Open Space and Recreation Plan (2020)

The primary purpose of the Open Space Committee is to maintain and update the Town’s Open Space and Recreation Plan. This plan was prepared in 2020 by Hamilton's Open Space Committee and the Metropolitan Area Planning Council (MAPC). 

Housing Production Plan (2019)

Town of Hamilton Housing Production Plan (2019 - 2024) prepared by JM Goldson LLC. This plan is designed to help the community clarify these needs, challenges, and opportunities for housing development and strategic residential land use policies.

Town of Hamilton Hazard Mitigation Plan 2019 Update

Prepared for the Town of Hamilton in 2019 by the Metropolitan Area Planning Council (MAPC) under the direction of the Massachusetts Emergency Management Agency (MEMA) and the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR). This plan is a proactive effort to identify actions that can be taken to reduce the dangers to life and property from natural hazard events.

Growth and Change: Hamilton, Massachusetts (2004)

Hamilton Master Plan (2004) completed by the Community Opportunities Group. This plan is a living document that offers options and recommendations for protecting what residents like best about the
town, while recognizing the need to grow and change over time. It serves as the focal point for building on the legacy that has been given to all the citizens of Hamilton.
